Nature of the content. The site publishes the Dubai Land Department’s fee schedule as verified on the date shown, together with explanatory material. Content is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, or tax advice, and no professional relationship is created by using the site.
Accuracy. Fees are set by the Dubai Land Department and its authorised trustee offices and may change without notice. While the schedule is re-verified monthly (see methodology), the DLD’s own service pages and the trustee office handling a given transaction are the authoritative sources, and final amounts should be confirmed there before completion.
