Every fee published on this site traces to a named Dubai Land Department service page. Secondary sources — portals, brokerages, news coverage — are never used as fee authority, because published third-party figures in this field routinely contain errors and omissions.
Sourcing. Each fee is recorded against the specific DLD service that levies it — for example, the property sale registration service, the grant property mortgage service, and the mortgage release service — with a link to that page where cited. Where a charge is not a DLD fee (the developer’s No Objection Certificate, bank settlement charges), the site says so explicitly and identifies who sets it.
Verification. The full schedule is re-checked against DLD service pages monthly, and immediately upon any announced change. The date of the most recent verification is displayed on the calculator and worked-examples pages. The calculator draws its figures from a single versioned fee schedule, so the tool and the written pages cannot diverge.
Items under verification. Where a figure is procedural or subject to per-transaction variation — for example, knowledge and innovation fee totals, which apply per fee and per drawing — the site states the variation rather than a false precision.
